Do I get a refund of the VAT when exporting to Switzerland?

The prices of our products include VAT. If a customer residing outside the European Union purchases and exports goods, they can request a refund of the VAT from the respective retailer.

Unfortunately, at whic.de, we cannot process such a refund as it involves significant accounting efforts. We appreciate your understanding.
